Welcome to TriJuvenate and my Young Living website!
I reside in Huskerland (Nebraska!), graduating from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. My love for natural health began in 2013 while looking for an allergy/asthma remedy for one of my seven children. When we found relief with essential oils, that ignited a spark in my world and I wanted to learn more. I shortly thereafter attended Trinity School of Natural Health and received a diploma as a Naturopathic Doctor, also becoming Board Certified by the American College of Naturopathic Medicine.
My ultimate goal as a Naturopathic Doctor is to educate others about a healthy lifestyle and help them reach their full potential, both physically and emotionally. Nutrition, exercise, sleep, water intake, elimination (yes, that's poo), reducing daily toxic load and emotional regulation are all VITAL to health. These are the core of what I teach to my clients. Along with that, sometimes our bodies need extra support, so I will recommend supplements to help fill in those nutritional gaps and/or reduce inflammation. After years of using many different companies, I've found that Young Living offers the highest quality essential oils, supplements and cleaning products that are effective in achieving the results that my clients desire.
Clients will also have an Asyra bioenergetic scan as part of their consultation to help determine underlying imbalances. I use this as a tool to gain insightful information such as nutritional imbalances and food sensitivities. (Click on Asyra tab above to learn more!)
Dis-ease doesn't happen overnight and neither does great health. I equate it to an onion- together we are peeling back unhealthy layers, revealing the next layer that needs addressed. It takes work and perseverance. There are no quick fixes but I can guarantee it will be worth it.
